Looks Like Fears of Expansive Internet Regulation via Net Neutrality Might Be Justified

The following statement is in response to the following: Groups Ask FCC To Investigate Broadband Data Caps:

“This request looks like Title II reporting instead of ‘light touch’ Net Neutrality rules of the road, as sold by the Chairman just yesterday to the House Judiciary Committee.  It further confirms what many have long believed – that the FCC’s Net Neutrality regulations are a moving goal post designed only to become more onerous and confiscatory with time and manufactured circumstance.”
