Video: Harmful Net Neutrality, with Heartland Institute’s Jim Lakely

Yesterday, a veteran reporter covering the FCC tweeted:

FCC Chair on net neturality [sic]: Our rules have been accepted by broadband economy as a framework that provides predictability.


I guess the Chairman polled the entire broadband economy and arrived at this unequivocal accounting of his regulations (which, parenthetically, aren’t even legally operative yet).  That said, as this video featuring Heartland Institute’s Jim Lakely reveals, maybe the Chairman left out some his polling results?
